Lepakshi Gandhi Shilp Bazaar, Vishakapatnam

The Lepakshi Gandhi Shilp Bazaar was held from March 23rd to May 1st, 2023, at the Shilparamam in Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam, organized by the Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited. The craft bazaar featured over 100 stalls exhibiting the incredible craftsmanship and cultural diversity of India. The exhibition was inaugurated by Shri. K.S. Vishwanathan Garu, IAS, Joint Collector & District Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, along with other dignitaries, including Smt. Badiginchal Vijayalakshmi Garu, Honorable Chairperson of Andhra Pradesh Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited, and Sri. Vishwa.M Executive Director of APHDCL.

The craft bazaar provided a platform for artisans and craftsmen to showcase their skills and talents, and it featured a diverse range of handmade products such as embroidery fabrics, glass jewelry, hand-printed textiles, Jute crafts, lace dress material, toys from Kondapalli, terracotta potteries, bamboo craft, hand-printed bed sheets, dress materials, woodworks, and more. Smt. R.K. Roja Garu, Honorable Minister for Tourism, Culture, and Youth Advancement of Andhra Pradesh, also visited the exhibition.
